Cedar Avenue – World’s Longest Tree Lined Avenue

When we look for the longest avenue, we will turn to view the Japanese city of Nikko. That is, it is recognized that it is the longest avenue in the world associated with forest along these avenues. This avenue is officially registered in the Guinness Book including the total length of Cedar Avenue of thirty seven kilometers.

Note that its age is so pretty impressive including the length of the alley. Based on historical records, Cadar Avenue was established more than 400 years ago. The avenue spent almost 30 years involved in the creation. There were 20,000 trees in it at first time; however, over time the number of trees seemed to be decreased. Recently, there are remained around 13,000 in related number of cedars along alley.
