Covering the rice with plastic wrap and press firmly and next we put a weight on the top in order that the rice and ingredients may stick together. In between 10 and 30 minutes, we have to remove the wrap from the top, covering the cake pan with a large plate and turn it over. Lastly, we have to remove the cake pan and plastic slowly.
